Kilate Tesla recently released his first solo EP “ENERGIA” with featurings from Ir Sais, Alex Sargo, Davie Reel & Sacci. Kilate Tesla is an artist born in Curacao and now living in Europe. Kilate was the lead singer of the Curacao music group Tony Montana Music, that is worldwide famous for the song ‘BALA’. Living now in Europe Kilate developed a new sound that is a mix based on the Dutch & French influence and his Caribbean roots

He scored big hits with tracks like “Juntos” & “Palo”. We talked to him about his new project:

What’s your favourite track on ENERGIA and why?

“Track number 4 ‘Fin De Semana’, because it’s one of the songs I’ve had on repeat myself since the day that I made it and that’s already two years ago”

Where did you mainly get your inspiration for the tracks?

“It depends! I’ve made “ Real” and “ Hechizo” in the beginning of the pandemic. “Energia” and “Fin de semana” were made in 2019 when everything was still normal and I could do shows and everything. You can notice the difference between the vibes.”
